Wes Sims has spent 7 years in the residential construction and development industry and has completed a number of development and related projects over the past 2-3 years. His frustration with the lack of available energy efficient and eco-friendly housing products has led to the creation of Fusion Modular. He actively involved with the US Green Building Council and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Homebuilders. He is also a member of the following associations:

Mike Sponseller, Vice President, Fullfillment

Mr. Sponseller has spent the last 10 years in residential and commercial real estate, primarily in the fields of residential land brokerage and development. His focus is primarily on interaction with our clients and customers. He specializes in permit application and the overall navigation of the building process. He provides a high level of customer interaction and expertise.

He is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, and recently received his Masters in Business Administration from the Graziadio School at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He is a member of the following professional organizations:
